I cant recommend PC Point highly enough after the experience I had with them – in particular Yosef. My email had been hacked and through that the hackers had managed to place £3k worth of scam orders that went out of my bank account. They had gotten hold of my phone number as well (via my email they were able to transfer it to a different sim). Given they had my email, phone number, and I had no banking (cancelled my card as soon as I could) I had exhausted all options I could think of to find a way around the issue. I hadnt been to PC Point before at this stage but had walked past before and needed to try and find some one who could help. I was very lucky to come across Yosef who knew exactly the steps needed to sort this whole situation out – and really went out of his way to help. Within a matter of days everything was sorted and I had control of my emails, accounts and phone number.

These guys are amazing. Replaced my HDD at very reasonable price. Also recovered all the data off the failed drive, and on a no-data no-fee basis. Great communication and customer service throughout the process. Can’t recommend highly enough.

For the second time in a year, these guys have given excellent advice and sorted my computer problems quickly and effectively. Last week a malware / virus intrusion was fixed within 24 hours, and the computer returned with new security software. I now have a cleaned Mac that works noticeably faster! Many thanks.
