We are open between 9am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, on a Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm.
We give 3 months warranty for the repairs.
Yes your data is safe; We will always take great care in looking after your data. We will discuss backing up your data with you prior to undertaking any work and if the data isn’t backed up we can offer a solution or some advice. We always recommend if possible you take a backup prior to any work being done.
No absolutely not, we undertake all repairs here in our workshop in Stamford Brook.
Yes we do, for residential and business. This applies if we cannot find the problem then there is no charge.
We always endeavour to complete a job within 24 hours. Some PC’s or Laptops may take a bit longer if new parts are needed, which we don’t have in stock. If this is the case we keep you updated with an estimated time of repair.
We accept cash, debit and credit card, paypal and BACs.
We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. Sometimes we need to diagnose the fault, the diagnose is free. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.
Yes we are able to visit your premises.
